We had a great experience with Bounce in Venice. We left our luggage in a reserved and locked space, which made us feel safe. The attendant was super friendly and helpful. Central location, very good. I recommend it!

Very easy to get to the storage, leave your luggage and go out to enjoy the city, everything was great, I recommend it.

Open 24/7 which was a bonus as we wanted to pick up our bags at 23:30 (the hotel was still open and someone was there to give us the key) but it was situated in a semi-sketchy alley, the hotel receptionists gave very confusing directions on where to leave our bags and we ended up wandering the hotel before finally finding a hotel worker that pointed the way. It also didn’t seem like the best security system as it seemed there was only one key to open every locker, but we had no issues

I always love using Bounce when I travel! This storage facility however was a little hard to find - after booking, I used Google Maps (by manually searching the Bounce Rialto location) which took me to the wrong spot 5 mins away. After that shop owner getting frustrated with me, I went back through the app (be mindful the phone service in Venice was AWFUL) and found the right place through the app. The staff were kind and they had a whole luggage room upstairs. Although, the 'keys' didn't really seem to lock the lockers... it did still seem pretty safe.

Super easy, about a two minute walk from where the #2 vaporetto drops you off at the Rialto. We walked upstairs to the baggage area, I got my own locked shelf and was even asked if I needed to use the restroom, an opportunity that isn't common in Venice! Pick up was just as easy, up the stairs and away I went. An absolute pleasure to have a few hours in Venice without hailing my rolling bag around, well worth the price (about seven euros)
