Easy and great!

Very attentive and professional staff. They speak several languages, so it's easy to communicate with them. They made a bathroom available to us when we collected our luggage, in case we wanted to use it, change our clothes, etc. Everything was quick, so don't be put off by the alley where the hotel is located (just behind another hotel, the Rialto, overlooking the canal).

Using Bounce in Venice was very convenient & useful. My daughter & I had to check out of our apartment rental at 11:00 & had a whole day of exploring to do before hopping on a night train. Bounce allowed us to store our luggage & have a care free day.

Quick and easy! It was nice to know our bags were away from public access and locked up. Very quick service and right off the Rialto Bridge.

A little difficult to locate considering the narrow alleyway in which it is located, but fairly close to Rialto Mercato water bus station and Rialto bridge. They were also kind enough to allow our family to use their restroom after a long day walking in Venice. They also provided the main door entry code in case they were not present and we wanted to pick up our bags. Would definitely recommend them!

Great welcome! Indeed, we are given the code to be able to collect the luggage; the person does a check-in or check-out.

Excellent and fast

A little tricky to find but it is in Venice after all! It is inside a place called Best Holidays Venice.

Everything was perfect, the person who helped me was very kind and attentive.

Super easy drop off, he doesn’t have too much space so would not bring too many bags/large items - it was just good enough for 3 carry on and 2 backpacks

The owner was very kind and kept our luggage for us until 7.15pm. They have been looked after very well and, in addition, it has a very nice leather shop. Convenient location, there are also good ice cream parlors and pizzerias around. I recommend this bounce
