Fast and good service.

Drop off and pick up was so easy especially with the helpful staff, but it was a bit hard to find the location as it wasn’t stated which shop it was in. Otherwise very good!

Very straightforward to drop off and pick up back pack. Pick up used coded door entry. First time using this service and won’t hesitate to use again.

Easy and fast drop off. The room where the bags were stored felt like a safe place to store luggage.

Well located and friendly staff. Good food and drinks too! Perfect location for all the ferries - within a 10 minute walk of them all. Nice bathroom too, unlike a lot of places in Malta!

Professional and great service

My luggage was handled quickly, and the staff were welcoming. A photo was taken upon arrival. The luggage was located in a small room at the entrance of the restaurant, which wasn't locked when I arrived.

Staff took a while to check the luggage in.

Really quick and efficient service. Great that the manager took pictures of the cases and showed them to us for identification. When we returned to collect the cases they were behind the bar. We had assumed they would be locked in a room. I'm guessing the bar was busy and assume it was mostly manned (?) but I would have felt more comfortable to see them put away in a room. Aside from that everything was great and it's a brilliant concept. Thank you.
