Absolutely super easy to book our suitcases in online and even if there’s any issues, the really helpful staff there (Petra) will help you work them out, we stopped for a drink before picking up our cases, there was an amazing cocktail list and I wished we had time to have dinner there too as it all looked so good! Next year we will be back! Best place to leave your cases using the bounce app so that it’s a short walk to the uber pick up and drop off places as this is best placed for not having to drag heavy cases around too much. Thank you for looking after us so well :)

Everything went quickly, efficiently, and without a hitch. The staff at the point were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time using this type of service and we had some concerns, but there was no need. If we ever find ourselves in a similar situation, we'll definitely use Bounce Luggage Storage.
