Perfect: ideal location in the heart of the old town and warm and efficient welcome.

This is a great way to explore Valletta without your bags. Easy to find central location but closes at 18:00 so make sure you know when to get your bags. Everything is dealt with on the app so felt a little odd handing over bags, in a hairdressers, without a receipt or cloakroom type ticket, and bags just behind counter rather than in a more secure looking space. all ok and picked up fine.

Quick and easy to get your luggage stored after hotel or Airbnb checkout so you can enjoy the city. Would be better if "Bounce" was written somewhere on the front of the shop.

Absolutely super easy to book our suitcases in online and even if there’s any issues, the really helpful staff there (Petra) will help you work them out, we stopped for a drink before picking up our cases, there was an amazing cocktail list and I wished we had time to have dinner there too as it all looked so good! Next year we will be back! Best place to leave your cases using the bounce app so that it’s a short walk to the uber pick up and drop off places as this is best placed for not having to drag heavy cases around too much. Thank you for looking after us so well :)

The lady who helped us was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed and explained the process very clearly. She provided us with a map of valletta which was kind. The place was very nice, clean, and secure for our bags. Would definitely use again!

Really quick and efficient service. Great that the manager took pictures of the cases and showed them to us for identification. When we returned to collect the cases they were behind the bar. We had assumed they would be locked in a room. I'm guessing the bar was busy and assume it was mostly manned (?) but I would have felt more comfortable to see them put away in a room. Aside from that everything was great and it's a brilliant concept. Thank you.
