I am a travel agent and was in San Diego for a work conference. I extended my stay for a day so I could cross whale-watching off my bucket list, but had absolutely no idea where I was going to leave my huge suitcase. I just needed something close to the airport. I was definitely skeptical about leaving my bags at a seemingly random corner store, but the guys were great! Bounce is fabulous - so quick and easy! Just get your QR code and drop off your stuff!! I don’t know what I would have done otherwise!!!!

Great place!! The staff was really really nice, they have a locked place for the bags and I felt very comfortable dropping my bag over there. When I got back to pick it up, they were very kind too, I even waited in the lobby for a little while to be picked up. I really recommend this place, is in the heart of downtown San Diego

Fairly straightforward process. We arrived around noon, a worker helped us lock up our stuff, and gave us instructions about how to access our bags after hours.

The drop-off and pickup could not have been easier. The app worked great and the UPS staff knew exactly how to handle the process. It was an amazing experience. I'm now hooked on Bounce and the UPS store played a huge roll in the positive experience.

Very helpful in drop off and pick up. The bags were secure and immediately ready for pick up. Only a nine minute walk from the cruise port and just across the street from the train station.
