Very quick and easy transaction. The staff member was very helpful. She scanned my QR code in the app, put tags on our bags, we took a photo, then we returned and she viewed our photo and quickly got the bags for us. Highly recommend this location.

Stopped in Philly coming home from Pittsburgh to watch the Phillies game and needed somewhere to drop my bag while I was at the game. Easy drop off and pick up; entire experience was positive and I would definitely use this place again if I need my bag held

Great first experience with Bounce! Lovely woman working the front and I felt good about leaving my things here. Bags are placed behind a wall separator. Snagged a sandwich before leaving. I’ll definitely be back
