He didn’t speak much English but seemed to be dissatisfied with the size of one of our bags and requested we pay more. We had two small backpacks and a small tote in addition to our suitcases that met airline “under the seat” measurements. He keeps the bags organized in numbered cubes in the back of the store. Promptly returned the bags and ensured everything was accounted for.
