Discover Lucca Train Station luggage storage

Very easy, right across the street from the train station. The store owners are very nice and friendly.

I cannot recommend this recommendation highly enough. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. We were essentially met at the door with help to bring our luggage inside. It is very convenient to the train station and, in our case, to the train car park where we parked our car. We chose Tyler's Asian Store because of the convenience and past reviews. We were not disappointed. Many businesses would benefit from studying the excellent business model exhibited at this establishment!

Location was a little tricky to find & place next door had a lot of graffiti on the walls so made me feel a bit anxious. The staff were nice, but did not seem like the door was locked. I put my bag in & grabbed it, so not as 'controlled' as I would have liked or had at other hotels as a guest, never used luggage service like this before. But I expected a claim ticket & a locked door. Did not make me feel very comfortable leaving my bag.

It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and let us take our umbrellas and raincoats before collecting our luggage.

The experience was great! The barista who managed the luggage storage was very accommodating. When we picked up the luggage, we even stayed for one of their fabulous coffees and a chat.

Excellent service. Perfect for a quick drop whilst spending a few hours in Lucca on my way to Pisa Airport from Florence.

Difficult to find because Bounce gave us an address on 9/2 and not 16. Once we found you the service was amazing, and right next to San Michele piazza so we could easily get round Lucca
