Great service and very convenient location

It was perfect. The staff were very friendly and let us take our umbrellas and raincoats before collecting our luggage.

The experience was great! The barista who managed the luggage storage was very accommodating. When we picked up the luggage, we even stayed for one of their fabulous coffees and a chat.

So easy, booked and securely paid online and when we arrived with our luggage the cafe staff helped our bags in. Dropping off/picking up took less than a minute. Would reccomend for the days between accommodation checkin/out ☺️

Good experience. Very nice people work in the shop. There’s no sign for Bounce, but we used the address and found it.

It went very well, the gentleman was very helpful, and the luggage drop-off and pick-up were quick. I don't know why, an hour after dropping off my luggage, I received a message saying I had picked it up, even though I was walking around the city.
