Fantastic welcome!! The receptionists were very friendly on my arrival and departure.

Since our accommodation was in the same building, it was easy for us to find. The staff were very friendly and everything worked perfectly.

You can leave your luggage here, but the guesthouse is the best. Don't miss it. Seriously, it's insane.

Location is beside the Causeway Bay train station, easy to find.

Easy to find, they speak excellent English, are very friendly, and the luggage drop-off and pick-up were super quick. I recommend them.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Our bags were chained together so they wouldn’t be separated.

Location is very central, in the back of a busy building - the elevator can sometimes take a while as there's only one to service many floors. A bit hard to find but felt comfortable leaving my luggage.

Everything went well.

Overall was good. However, I'd have expected them to hide the luggage in a room, instead of having them under a table in the dining room. This is something they should start doing from now on to make customers feel more confident about the safety of our luggage.
