Discover Central Station Hanoi luggage storage

So great! Staff so friendly and helpful! Even let us use the toilet and sit in the lobby for a while as we were waiting to for our sleeper bus! The man that works there is so sweet and helpful! He helped us bring our bags out to the Main Street and waited with us for our grab to come which was about 15 minutes! Defo book there, you get more than just luggage storage ☺️

I was traveling throughout Vietnam and wanted to leave my larger suitcase so I could move with ease. Highly recommend this place. The staff was super kind very convenient easy and simple to use. Great prices as well. Would use again.

We were going to Hanoi Airport and the staff helped us to call a 7-seater taxi, which was very considerate.

When I dropped off our bag there was a lack of communication as the person at the hotel lobby did not speak English and could not explain. He took a photo of my QR code. I left the bag with some uncertainty trusted the process based on other reviews. When we returned the bag was there ready to be collected. So all good!!

Really easy drop off and pick up. We left a suitcase for 3 days and it was absolutely fine. One thing to note though is that luggage is stored in the lobby not in a separate room so maybe not ideal for storing anything super valuable.

The location is about 10 minutes away from Hanoi train station. The staff was friendly and helpful

Couldn't recommend this location more! Staff were absolute diamonds, they were so friendly and helpful! They honestly couldn't have done more to help us, from recommending places to eat, helping us get to our bus station, letting us use the loo etc- they were just the best 💚 Great location, short walk from train street and lots of cafes. Absolute sweethearts honestly 💚 Even gave us a gift after gabbing- a mosaic their friends make as a hobby 💚💚

They are very friendly and felt the luggage was safe. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you are looking to store your luggage and travel around.
