Drop-off and pickup was easy and painless! They also let me fix up my bag when I had to put in more stuff even as I already picked it up.

Before we realized that bounce luggage storage is not advertised with signs at specific locations, but that you first have to search for a location near you in the app and then leave your bags at regular hotels, stores, etc. that offer the service, we managed to get very frustrated! But it was us who didn't read up properly. Once we figured out how it works, it was very smooth.

A Little Tricky too find, but all in all fine

We left our luggage there. It went smoothly. We were even allowed to leave our coat there as well, even though I hadn't booked it. Very friendly welcome. Thank you!

If you pay attention to how to get there, you can find the location quickly. I only had to leave my luggage for 5 hours. The only downside.. if there is no one at the desk, it is harder to find the person who has to return them...you have to call, but they don't answer.

The location was difficult to find, and I didn’t feel my belongings were secure. I was expecting a secure locker however upon arrival it was a hostel room and my bags were left with a small tag at the front door accessible for anyone.

It was a good experience, great to have somewhere to store bags while waiting to head to the airport. Our apartment was very near so that worked out great, the lady was nice and friendly.

Initially, we had to wait a long time for someone to scan our QR code, or we had to ask a fellow guest to track down the owner. When we picked up our luggage, no one scanned the QR code to verify that it was indeed ours. Nevertheless, our luggage was well cared for, and we were able to leave it there without any worries.
