Discover Dubai Airport luggage storage

The place is close the metro station. Easy to find. It’s not properly locked though, but we had not issue. It is inside the shop at its storage/backoffice. And the issue that you need to pay $, when you are in UAE was weird. I would prefer to have an option to choose currency or to pay in the country currency. But overall the experience was good. Fit its purpose

Guys at the grocery store providing the luggage storage were very proactive, helpful, and accomodating. The place is just one stop of Metro Red line away from terminal 1 in direction to the city, so absolutely ideal when departing.

Actually great, easy to get to from the airport (seemed to avoid Dubai traffic) and it’s right at the intersection of the two metro lines so that you can go to both old Dubai and downtown area. The only thing I didn’t love was that the luggage sits by the reception. But it seemed very safe, and unlike other luggage storages, this is available 24/7. I would definitely use it again!!! Oh and yes, it is at the Panorama Deira Hotel, for some reason on Google maps it sends you down the road

I didn’t book online as I didn’t know if I’ll be able to find the place, and I’m glad I didn’t! Upon walking into the hotel the receptionist selected the location for me and it was tricky for him to get which location it was as well. Also quite difficult to find the place as there is only a little sticker on the door so you can easily miss it. Once there however the service was perfect, very trustworthy place.

Everything went well!!! We left our luggage at the Deira Hotel.

As you leave the union station, turn left and you’ll see the Panorama hotel! Super central location for an epic day in Dubai via the metro without your bags in hand. Also super convenient as a central point to switch zones on the metro. Staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Everything worked right. We had some difficulties finding the place, the adress is wrong on Google Maps. Its located at Panorama Deira Hotel, near Union metro station.

- The main focus was having somewhere to keep my suitcases and for them to locked away somewhere safe + taken care of - which was the case. - There was a bit of a wait to collect my suitcases but I was also late to collect my items by 20 minutes due to traffic so that’s fair. - Hotel aesthetics isn’t the fanciest but the job was done

The location is indeed very close to Al Rigga station, about 3-5 minutes. But it isn't at convenient to drag your suitcase(s) to the hotel. It gets worse the heavier your luggage is trying to make it on the sidewalk since not every part has a ramp. It's also very hot in Dubai, so you'll be sweating from this exercise. Better to take a taxi directly from the airport or the station. After I dropped off my bags, I walked back to the station without problems and decided there and then that after picking them up I would take a taxi booked with Bolt to my Airbnb (also near Al Rigga station, but on the other side of the road) which worked out better than just walking it on street as I had originally planned.. The hotel itself has a very short and steep ramp which is blocked off, I can only imagine why. Maybe someone slid off it before. So you have to take the steps up and just carry your luggage which isn't that big of a deal. The front desk checked the QR code to check the reservation then endorsed my luggage to the person in charge of that, and he gave me a stub with a number on it for claiming it later. I was also asked to fill out a logbook. They also took pictures of the luggage. This process was quick. Pickup was also quick, just had to submit the stub and had my luggage within 5 minutes. The same people who catered to me early in the am, like 7am were also the ones who catered to me late in the evening around 10pm..do they even sleep?
