Discover Brussels Midi luggage storage

It was easy to find the address. The staff was friendly. They spoke very little English, but enough to understand. It was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage while we waited for our room. And our things were returned to us exactly as we had left them.

Very easy and good location

Easy drop-off. Easy pick-up and very welcoming people.

Easy deposit, easy withdrawal, and very welcoming people

Great place to store our bags for the few hours we walked around Brussels. It was confusing at first because I didn’t realize it was inside the restaurant, however it was safe and a great option. I recommend!

Easy to find place which is very close to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff and the whole experience was great.

Excellent for storing your suitcase.

Staff was helpful. Location very close to Midi

Excellent welcome, suitcases safe and secure!

Wonderful experience! I dropped off my suitcase and picked it up, everything went smoothly. I recommend it.

Friendly staff! 👍🏼

Fast, efficient, secure

Great experience, very safe, the staff at reception are friendly. I highly recommend it.

It's close to Midi station, easy to check in...my internet wasn't working...they offered me theirs so I could give them the information. Very secure. Very easy to collect luggage. Everything was fine.

All perfect! Everyone was so nice and it felt very safe. Would definitely repeat!

Hotel staff were very friendly and made the process super easy - both dropping off and picking up luggage.

Thank you, everything is great!

Professional, good staff.

Easy to find, smooth drop off and pick up and all with a smile.

She was a cheerful and articulate person. She always seemed open and reassuring.

This place was pretty easy to find and drop off went well. I had to extend the storage for 2 days and this was easily done online. Pick up was easy and the person was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely organized and friendly staff! My go-to-spot when I visit Brussels!

Good location and good service

Very close to station. Staff was friendly.

Very easy to use. Very friendly store owner. About a 2 to 3 minute walk from Brussels Midi.

Easy drop off. Pleasant staff. Not far from Brussels Midi

we are from Australia and we're looking for a place to store our luggage for the day while we explore the city. Very nice staff member, ensured our stuff was safe. You need to use the app to check your luggage in and out. Good opening hours as well. Highly recommend.

Easy drop off and pick up. Shop workers were very friendly, and reminded me about the hours of the store. One of them suggested taking a screenshot of the QR code in case something happened to the app. On greeting me they also asked which language I spoke, French or English, which I appreciated. Finally, they took my very large bag (containing a bicycle), which the shop down the street refused to accept. I would definitely use this location again.

The process was super easy and very close to the Midi station. It was right on the way to our first stop in Brussels. The people at the store were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location just a few blocks from the main station, very useful, especially if you're going to Bruges.
