Excellent location; if you arrive in Brussels, Central Station is less than a 5-minute walk away. It's right near the tourist attractions, so you can leave your luggage and walk around comfortably. The attendant isn't very helpful, but he gets the job done. 😅

I checked in two suitcases. I could choose from many storage locations, and payment was by credit card. At the physical store, all I had to do was show a QR code. It was incredibly smooth.

I had a souvenir shop look after my belongings. When I handed them over, a very pleasant young woman took care of them, and when I picked them up, a very kind elderly gentleman took care of them, so I felt at ease (although I was a little worried at first).

The guy was quick and friendly both on arrival and pick-up.

It was rather difficult to get up to the first floor with a large, heavy suitcase. Furthermore, the employee in charge was a bit odd and started strange conversations with people (I strongly suspect only with women)...

Highly recommended. They store luggage in a locked room. Schekil, the receptionist, was very friendly. Keep in mind that you have to climb one flight of stairs.

Highly recommend this luggage storage … very centrally located near the Grand Place and other scenic places. Note that there is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up a couple of flights of stairs. The personnel were friendly and professional. The on-line booking made everything straightforward and easy. And the Uber pickup is right out front and/or the train station a short walk.
