- Superbly situated in the same block as the main bus station in Birmingham - great if you are stopping for a few hours in the city. Friendly and efficient staff on hand to take your luggage & long opening hours = highly recommended.

- really easy to leave our luggage and it’s only around the corner from the coach station - the lady who served me was so helpful & offered to carry some of my luggage back to the station for me! 100% will use again next time i have a layover in birmingham

- Everything was perfect as I dropped off my sleeping bag and went to Villa Park for the Villa v City game and afterwards I collected my stuff for the overnight bus journey back to Edinburgh.
