really easy to leave our luggage and it’s only around the corner from the coach station - the lady who served me was so helpful & offered to carry some of my luggage back to the station for me! 100% will use again next time i have a layover in birmingham

Was a bit pricey, £13.50 ,but i did have two quite heavy bags and the service was excellent and really very helpful

Everything was perfect as I dropped off my sleeping bag and went to Villa Park for the Villa v City game and afterwards I collected my stuff for the overnight bus journey back to Edinburgh.

Really helpful staff, easy drop off with a scan and pay and they're open 24 hours, amazing. Prices are the same for just a few hours or all day though.

Staff very helpful and friendly. It was a quick process, which was good for me as I like to ensure I am at the Bus Station on time. Literally a few steps around the corner from the station, very convenient to pick up snacks and drinks for the journey too. Would definitely return and recommend

Is very convenient to store your luggage very close to the main bus station in Birmingham.Nisa Local in small local shop , next to the Bus station, people who work there they really polite, and to store and to collect your luggage is wery easy and fast .You can buy something there if you need , food or drink . Also very convenient , bus stop to go to the Airport is across the street.
