Staff very helpful and friendly. It was a quick process, which was good for me as I like to ensure I am at the Bus Station on time. Literally a few steps around the corner from the station, very convenient to pick up snacks and drinks for the journey too. Would definitely return and recommend

Is very convenient to store your luggage very close to the main bus station in Birmingham.Nisa Local in small local shop , next to the Bus station, people who work there they really polite, and to store and to collect your luggage is wery easy and fast .You can buy something there if you need , food or drink . Also very convenient , bus stop to go to the Airport is across the street.

Drop off location was easy to find and was flexible with pick up time. Shop was quiet so we didn’t have to wait long at the counter to be served and give our bags to shop assistant.

Very close to the Birmingham Coach Station, like next door almost. The store owners seem to be nice and friendly and also made sure to have proof just in case by taking a photo of the luggage. If you need to drop your luggage try them. I booked through Bounce app not sure if they store luggage independently and you may end up getting better price that way if they do.
