  • It was very difficult to find the store, because Costcutter was written very very tiny on the confirmation page and the address is incorrect. This aside the person who took our bags was really kind and the service was quick without any issue. I would definitely recommend it!

  • Very easy to store luggage here. Centrally located and 5 - 8 mins walk from New Street stn. Friendly staff. Happy to let us store bags longer than booked. Open till late so great for a night out. Tram and bus stops we needed were right outside so perfect location for getting home late at night.
