Everything went perfectly, from drop-off to pick-up. Except for the exact address, which isn't listed on Bounce, or I couldn't find it. The address is Freie Straße 43.

Very smooth drop off and pick up of my bag. Storage is in a separate room behind reception, feels very safe.

It was our first time using such a service an it's absolutely 10000% worth it. The drop off process was super easy but the pickup took much longer because the lady at the front desk was alone and busy checking in hotel guests. Took about 10 minutes unfortunately and we were a little pressed for time.

The location was easy to find but had 3-5 flight of stairs which made it a bit difficult to bring your luggage in and out, a ramp would make it great or an attendant to help out with your bag would make it amazing. Overall, it did what you paid for.

the luggage storage locate inside the hotel . The hotel is just 2 mins walk from the Basel SBB station, and the tram stop is just right in front. Once you done leaving your luggage and you could get on the tram to start in 1 mins and start exploring the city. We had a 4 hrs stopover in Basel SBB. A very happy experience with the service. Nice and friendly staff they got .

I used it with Basel (Swiss) and it was smooth. The price might be a little high, though.

Locker placed in market !!! Very easy to leave ur luggage, close to train station and the most important - it closing at 22:00 !!!! All others lockers , that close to center or train station closing 18:30, so it’s quite comfortable if u need to leave ur things till evening. Thank u and recommended ☺️
