It was great and fast

I got there around 10:30. A young friendly lady was there to take my luggage. Since she said they don't offer receipt, I asked to take a photo for my luggage with her and she was OK with a smile. She said they'd not close before 6pm even the website said earlier (5?). She remembered me when I returned at around 5. It's at a very convenient location. I definitely recommend it.

Very friendly people! Kept bags safe, easy bag drop off and pickup. Recommend this place if you want to explore downtown without dragging around your luggage.

I’m not sure how long the service has been around but the idea and the concept is great. It’s just that the people at the location that I stopped at were untrained and it took too long for me to check my bag in and get my bag on pick up. It was more for a lack of communication and unprofessionalism on their end. Not bounces fault

The male employee at this location is untrained and lacks proper communication skills. I waited way too long for verification of my booking and insisted I wait for a pickup sheet, cut 10 minutes out of my explore time and then on pick up I walk in and instead of the person who is untrained saying “ hey you’ll have to wait for her to finish with the other customer because I don’t know how to check you out. He just stood there and then attempted to take another customer in front of me until I said something and then he explained why he wasn’t grabbing my bag. The idea of the service is great however.

Amazing friendly

Very convenient/safe way for us to leave our luggage for a few hours before heading to the airport. The shop is great with friendly staff and we were able to get some souvenirs!
