Easy to get to. Walking distance to Downtown attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly. This service gave us the opportunity to enjoy Austin for an afternoon before heading to the airport. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Super friendly staff at the UPS store! I believe it was Skye that helped me at both check in and check out? Would definitely use this service again! $20 for the day definitely beats paying the Airbnb $32/hour for early check in 💀

I’m not sure how long the service has been around but the idea and the concept is great. It’s just that the people at the location that I stopped at were untrained and it took too long for me to check my bag in and get my bag on pick up. It was more for a lack of communication and unprofessionalism on their end. Not bounces fault

The staff were really nice and everything worked out. The only thing I wish is that they would give a courtesy call before the store closes. Because we had misread saying the store closed at 6:30 but it looked like they closed at six. But overall great!

According to the clerk I was the first customer to use Bounce at this location. Minor hiccup getting started but she made up for it with a great attitude.

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff, only downside is finding the space in the building.
