Luggage storage Zilker

Great storage spot for our layover in Austin! Owner handled our stuff with care :)

The whole experience was great. The owner working at the counter was so nice and very easy to work with. We just showed him our confirmation codes; he gave us luggage tags and off we went! When we went to pick them up, we just had to show our luggage tag number and he quickly grabbed our bags. Also cute neighborhood nearby, it seems very community driven.

Convenient and easy. I don’t think they keep your bags in a separate locked room (could be wrong) but they held 9 pieces of luggage with no issue. I recommend!

Nice spot. Nice people. I recommend!

This location put my luggage behind the store’s counter within visibility of store customers. I would feel that my luggage was more secure if it were put in the store’s storage area, locker, or back room. Nothing happened to my luggage from being behind the counter—but I would have preferred it begin secured out of the sight of customers.

The man who took our luggage was great! Super friendly and efficient. When we returned to pick up at 6:30, the person there was on a personal call and slow to help us and the others in the store. The service overall was exactly what we needed - thank you!

Really can’t complain. It’s just a bit far from things by foot so going to get our stuff was a little annoying but that’s more our problem. We also were surprised to find it was a convenience store but they were really nice and even offered to put our leftovers in the cooler.

It's a little way off the main avenue and there are no signs.

staff very helpful in fact when I collected my bag, the man at the store came from very close to where I live in the UK.
