Nice and easy drop off and pickup, and very convenient just up the road from the Sky Tower! Really helpful and friendly staff, couldn’t ask for more.

I had never heard of this service but I am so so pleased iI found it. Really didn’t want to wander the city all day with my suitcase. It was simple and easy. The person at the store was friendly and efficient. Will definitely recommend to friends

Everything was easy, they were friendly, the luggage was well stored, everything was fine. The only issue is that there's no sign indicating Bounce.

Great service - note that if you need to book a cab, they pick up/drop off about 200m away. It's a ten minute walk to the ferry terminal, longer with multiple cases!!

To be honest when we first saw the shop we were a little uncertain but the whole process was seamless and the gentleman who served us was very efficient. The fact that the shop is opposite the police station gave us peace of mind!! Having a free day with no luggage was a bonus so would certainly recommend and we didn’t feel the cost was excessive.
