This luggage storage is super awesome! The location felt very secure, I would highly recommend it. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful as well. I love how quick the drop off was and appreciated all the tips and local recommendations offered. It is in a fantastic location for seeing sights and finding restaurants while waiting for your hotel check in time or flight out. It is very close to the metro and bus lines too.

The process of storing and finding luggage is fast and accurate! When I went to pick up my luggage, I had additional luggage that needed to be put in the carrier, so I asked for understanding and was able to organize my luggage in the lobby! The best👍 Thank you so much!

They are fantastic! We highly recommend it! The girl who welcomed us at check in was very kind and spoke perfect Italian (which is very rare and appreciated!!!). The lady who welcomed us at check out allowed us to stay in the hall to sort out our suitcase a bit and even offered to let us go to the bathroom without us asking. She also spoke several languages and was very friendly. I highly recommend it. Efficient and perfect.

Everything was fine, but the place where they stored my suitcase was not at all safe. However, when I checked out I found that everything was there. The service and attention of the staff is efficient.
