The hotel is located inside the train station, making it easy to find. Dropping off and picking up luggage was simple; all I had to do was show the barcode.

All good, the team was helpful. But its good to be aware it is not a locker type of storage but it's inside of the hostel at the train station.

It was easy to find the location since it is inside São Bento train station. I thought there would be an entrance from the outside, but it is actually near the train platform. I liked it because the staff were friendly and the storage method seemed safe.

The location is easily accessible inside the São Bento station. It was very quick and easy both to drop off and pick up our luggage. Communication with the staff was very smooth.
