The store is well located for convenient luggage drop-off, with several car parks nearby including a space right in front.

The location was difficult to find, and I didn’t feel my belongings were secure. I was expecting a secure locker however upon arrival it was a hostel room and my bags were left with a small tag at the front door accessible for anyone.

The bags should have been stored better

Easy to reach from the metro station. They allowed us to use the toilet and there's a small store with coffee and water on the same floor (45th) of the building.

Nice guy, it went quickly, we were given seats to wait, just the building and some of the people there who rode in the elevator with us seemed a bit suspicious to me, such as a man with a REAL PARROT or other people who looked a bit tired, but more like that so in a bad sense. But the service was good, so everything Haly could do perfectly and where he had an influence was A1 with double stars.

Better instructions. Very hard to find. Also, there was it really a big enough locker for a suitcase. Felt ok leaving it because it felt like a safe place and lovely people, but not ideal.

Perfect place to store your luggage in Dubai! Located close to the GGICO metro station, 1 stop from DXB airport. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is lightning fast. I definitely recommend it!

It was hard to find anyone at the reception for check in and check out and some visitors from the hostel had to open the door for me instead of the workers. It was really inconvenient because I was in a hurry. apart form that, my luggage was intact and safe the whole time.

Close to Sobbah metro.

The staff is very friendly, the store is open until late and bag drop-off/removal is very easy and quick.
