The location is incorrect. What is correct is that it is inside the Panorama Hotel and is a 15-minute walk from the train, although their service was very wonderful.

Please note, the depot is located IN the “panorama Deira” hotel. The application is not up to date. Except that. Everything was very good and practical.

Easy and efficient. Metro is very close and 4 stations away from the airport. We have dropped our luggages and explored the Deira neighborhood, including gold souk and naif souk.

Friendly staff, open 24 hours, quick drop off and pickup as intended without issue. Located across from a mall so easy to kill some time. The area is busy and hard to find Uber during rush hour, nothing to do with the facility but plan accordingly.

24/7 professional and attentive service. A stone's throw from the Union metro station. Be careful with the GPS address on the app which is not in the right place. You have to look for the address of the hotel which will be given to you.

I just used the baggage drop off and the staff was super friendly and helpful! I left my luggage at 3 am with a great service and picked up at 5 PM next day and they also booked a taxi for me

Excellent, just what we needed for a few hours

Everything was super except the location I. Bounce app that was really wrong, wound right place with another comment that said right location is near union underground station in panorama Deira Hotel

I didn’t book online as I didn’t know if I’ll be able to find the place, and I’m glad I didn’t! Upon walking into the hotel the receptionist selected the location for me and it was tricky for him to get which location it was as well. Also quite difficult to find the place as there is only a little sticker on the door so you can easily miss it. Once there however the service was perfect, very trustworthy place.

Everything went well!!! We left our bags at the Deira Hotel.

Everything worked right. We had some difficulties finding the place, the adress is wrong on Google Maps. Its located at Panorama Deira Hotel, near Union metro station.

The only downside is that the address isn't correct. I found it thanks to another review which mentioned the panorama hotel

Great service, friendly and quick - I left my luggage with them, it was tagged, had to show a piece of said tag to reclaim my baggage. Only problem was that my luggage was stored directly IN the lobby of the hotel, right next to the seating area in front of the windows - you could see it from outside the hotel. I know the receptionists look after it, but it would've been nicer to know they store it somewhere safer in a locked room..
