Luggage storage Heart of Venice

Excellent service, they were very kind in receiving my luggage a little early due to a booking error. We ate there and the cappuccino was very good. The pickup was also excellent and secure. If I return to Venice, I would definitely leave my luggage there again.

They're very well located, between the Venezia Tronchetto Parking and the People Mover, which takes you to the city center. I booked through Bounce and it was very quick. From 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm, 3 trolleys and 2 backpacks, for €25. I don't think that's bad at all for the peace of mind it gives you 😊 since we had a work laptop with us and didn't want/couldn't take any risks. The staff who helped us at check-in and check-out were super friendly. 100% recommended!

Amazingly convenient and well priced at Tronchetto. Looks like a small cafe just across from the water taxi booking. They helped me get connected and made the whole process really easy. I was very happy with the service. I was getting the flix bus and it's right close to the bus stop.

The cafe was a great easy place to drop off our bags! It was right next Tronchetto parking terrace, the people mover that takes you into Venice or also a very short way from the Vaporetto water taxi. The staff was very friendly and made some local recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

First time using Bounce. Excellent service! I left my suitcase for 2 days at the indicated location in Venice. Excellent location, right next to where the tourist buses arrive. The service from the young man who received my suitcase was great, super polite and helpful.

Great service that is super convenient if you’re planning a day trip to Venice. The owner was so thoughtful and even helped us secure a taxi after we returned and carried our bags for us! We highly recommend

It seems like a family-run business, and the two young staff members are incredibly kind. They stored my luggage for a reasonable fee, and the coffee and brioche were delicious!

Great. Everything is fine, and the staff is friendly. You can eat and go to the bathroom, and it's right in front of the bus terminal!
