This service was awesome during my last day in Toronto! I dropped my bags off after I checked out of my Airbnb as I had a later flight. I was able to find it easy and the staff at the store was very helpful. I was able to go about my day in Toronto without lugging my bags around. Super easy pick up as well! Staff was great and hours are very convenient. Lots of discussion about how hard it was finding the location. It’s located in Terminal 3, UPPER LEVEL (Departures), at the end of the terminal, across from the Pakistan Airways check-in counter.

They guy in store was really helpful (working on Sat Nov30 morning about 10:00am), I have forgotten to bring my receipts, but he helped us with luggages, and no problem! Much appreciated !!!

We stored our luggage in here while we went off sightseeing in Toronto before our flight home. We couldn’t find it for a while as it wasnt called bounce . Its located in terminal 3 at the check in desks , think it was called the luggage company, it sells suitcases and doesn’t look like a storage place. 25 dollars per item , just make sure youre back before 9 as it closes

The luggage storage is tucked away at the far end of T3 departure level check in area. Once I found it, the bag reception was very straightforward as all the details from Bounce is on their system. The bag collection was also straight forward It appears that charges are calculated on hours as I would have to pay extra if I collected my bag after the time I booked through Bounce Recommend highly if flying from Toronto T3

How to call ? Your number is not going through

The store is hard to find, at the end of the terminal, as there are no signs in the airport, and no one knows where it is (except Relay, which is just across the street).

The service was recommendable. However the description of location was not correct.

This is a very convenient service and can really come in handy in the world of cancelled and delayed flights. It is also very conveniently located. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a bit on the pricey side especially since many hotel front desks will store bags for a few hours for free. Also I wish they were open later than 9pm.

Service was great - would have been helpful if online instructions included location - on Departures level.
