Overall was a great experience. Please add a Bounce sign near the places. Having More 24 hours services make your plans flexible. Price was okay but could be less also I had a hidden fee of $ 4 it is not really a $8 per day instead it is $10 per day!!

The check in was quite smooth. Bounce didn't mention I had to bring an ID which the receptionist asked. I provided my work id which was all I had since I was coming straight from work to leave my bag to head for a concert. The man was very kind and took my bag at the entrance of the hostel and stored it away. Check out was a bit annoying. A different person opened the door and I waited at the entrance the same way I did for check in but as the man was standing down the hallway he yelled me to come. I had no clue I had to come inside to get my bag. That was quite upsetting and not kind of him. I wasn't asked an ID this time. Otherwise the job was done. My bag was stored away and everything was intact. No issues checking in and out whatsoever other than the ugly attitude of the man at check out.
