Besides the location was a bit harder to find, there was no clear sign of “Bounce”. But service was quick and very efficient.

Only upon delivery I was unable to access the QR Code and the attendant demanded the QR Code at all costs, even though he had my details in the system, etc. We spent a long time trying to resolve the issue on site.

I left a white totebag and got it back with small black stains on it. No big deal, it washes. Just be careful with the type of luggage it get mixed with maybe. But overall I am very satisfied :) Thank you!

July 2024- It is on the 5th floor. There is a lift. It is right above Ikuta Standing Bar. Very convenient. It closes at 9:30pm on the day of bag collection, so plan accordingly. Walking distance from Airport express bus and bus stop to Kawaguchiko etc.

Staff were very efficient, very friendly and helpful. Only criticism I have is that the location is slightly hard to find if you can’t read Japanese as even though there’s instructions on how to get there, you second guess yourself because there isn’t a clear sign in English saying “Bounce”. But apart from this, would highly recommend to others!

They were amazing as they really saved my day! Even though they told me the latest check out time is 6pm (their closing time), they stayed open until 6.30pm because I was not able to make it to the store on time. I think they preemptively stayed open later if there is a booking that was set to check out that day but has not checked out by the time the store closed. If they hadn’t done that, I would have to leave my luggage there as I had a flight that night! The staff was also friendly and allowed me to use their bathroom to change clothes. Thank you for providing a great quality service! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Fast and professional team work is provided with professionalism

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I made a reservation for 4 bags, but we only needed 3 (completely my fault). The staff took care of changing my reservation and refunded me the extra bag charge. Thank you very much and I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Shinjuku station can be difficult to navigate but once you get yourself out on the main road the location is fairly straight forward and they have given clear directions
