WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! The host were kind and polite when we dropped-off and claimed our baggages. That's the reason why we entrust them our belongings twice. Take note, it's only a walking distance with Yoyogi-koen station, if you booked a nearby Airbnb and wanted to check-in your luggages and explore Tokyo, you should go for this Bounce host. I'm happy to try Bounce, we were skeptical at first, but our experience, especially with this host, was great. 10/10!
