Worked perfectly fine. The nearby Daimon metro station exit did not offer any elevator. Had to carry luggage at least one stair up. Manageable.

This was my first experience with Bounce and I wasn't expecting the storage to be a small restaurant. The owner saw me walk past, figured out who I was and got my attention so that I was able to check in and leave my bags quickly and efficiently.

The shop owner is extremely kind and accommodating! At first I had difficulty finding the location because Google maps takes you to the building next door, he helped to guide me to his location with a phone call. I also was a little late getting my luggage and he was very understanding and wished me a safe journey back home! Thank you!!! -Cameron
