Our experience was excellent. We were a little hesitant after reading reviews, but they were very friendly and helpful, and even knew our names when we arrived, which surprised us. Our luggage was kept in a secure, separate room, and we had no problems when we returned. The price is a bit high, though, for just a few hours... but the service was exactly as it should be; we had absolutely nothing negative to say.
