Everything was fine. They were very quick to drop off and pick up my suitcase. When I dropped it off they gave me a receipt and put it in their warehouse. It's a supermarket, so it's great for buying a bottle of fresh water for the day.

Reading the past reviews on the other location near the station, we were uncomfortable leaving our bags there. On this store, we were the first customers to use this location so the people helping us were confused at first. Eventually, they were able to help us and secure our luggage in a safe space. They were very accommodating. The check-out was quite easy as well. They close at 22h or 10pm.

It does what it says and it pretty convenient and easy. Would be great to have an off app version in case signal is sketchy.

Communication was difícult in Spanish and no English.

Great location in the middle of town, it was a bit confusing as its a shop and not obvious that Bounce was available there. Staff were friendly, luggage was safe. Download the app and pay before you get there.
