Using the Bounce service with Hyatt place downtown Seattle was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room to secure the luggage was spacious and secure. I would use this service every time.

Very easy process. I stored my bags for 5 days. Will definitely do it again.

Easy and convenient!

Hello, I needed to leave my suitcase until 10pm and this was one of the few places that had that option. I was easily able to find a place, found a person right away. There are suitcases in a separate room under lock and key. By and by I had to pick up my suitcase at 6pm, but also an employee was on site, came and picked it up, no problems. Yes, I have read comments that people have encountered difficulties, but we did not encounter any such problems. We left on Friday from 12pm to 6pm.

Useful downtown location based in a shop. Left cases for a few hours safely whilst killing some time before going to the airport. We had not booked so we're gestured to go online there and then and no issues.

Thank you for the sandwich advising it was a Bounce location. Previous reviews stated the location was hard to locate, which I found hard to believe, as I noticed it right away. The older gentlemen that assisted me was very polite and amiable. I also enjoyed walking around the market, prior to drop-off. There some very interesting finds.

I picked this location based on the reviews, and it was 100% the right decision. They were kind enough to be flexible on drop-off and pick-up times. The process was simple but also organized, so I had no fears about things getting lost. They made this the simplest part of my day :)

Short walk from rail station. Easy check in and out process. Helpful and nice staff. Airport shuttle was nice.

So glad we found this option. Were back from our cruise at 7am and our flight didn't leave until 11pm. Didn't really want to lug all our luggage around Seattle all day. You have to actually go into Pike Grocery to drop your luggage. If the Bounce logo wasn't on the front door, we wouldn't have been sure we were in the right place. But was definitely happy they offered this service.

When the place we book u expectedly canceled our reservation after lugging our luggage up the hill, we had to rebook and was grateful this was available and only .5 mile away. All went without a problem.

Yesterday was the first time I’ve used Bounce or any similar service. My husband and I found the location easily and Adam was quite friendly. I was happy when Adam said we could extend our reservation if the event we were attending in Seattle went long. I would use this service again.

Very easy and convenient. Just wish building had a ramp to roll luggage up instead of carrying it up the stairs. Other than that would definitely use again.

They provided tags (had a detachable end with serial# to keep on-person). Bags were in a closed location that was accessible to attendant. Came in clutch with a late concert with only 2 hours to get back to SeaTac before public transport monorail/lightrail closed for the night. Location is maybe a 5 minute walk to monorail connection.

Convenient, easy, secure. This is the first time that I've tried this service and it was great! I will use this service again.
