Luggage storage Liberdade-Sao Paolo

The hostel is very close to Liberdade square and train station; it's a one-way entrance with stairs. It's a safe environment for luggage. The service was relaxed and everything was fine; I recommend it.

Good location, very close to Liberdade. The attendant was a diva ❤️ It was great to have a place to leave my luggage while I was sightseeing.

The staff were friendly, I didn't feel very safe, but it worked out. The place is dangerous and the stairs really make things quite difficult.

Extremely attentive

The service was excellent and they were super reliable. The only downside was the steep stairs you had to climb with your luggage, but the staff were very helpful and assisted us with the stairs.

Easy! This was my first time using Bouncr. There is a large staircase at the entrance of the hostel but the staff helped me carry my bag up!

Super chill. The people spoke English which helped a lot. Look for a yellow sign and you’ll find the hostel. Be aware, you do have to climb stairs to get to reception.

The bag was stored in perfect condition! The receptionist was super nice.

The staff were helpful and our luggage was kept safe. The Hostel luggage storage area is located on the first floor up a quite steep and narrow staircase. This was not a problem when we stored as the staff were happy to assist.

They were extremely helpful, they sealed the lockers in front of us and have a security protocol for retrieving them. I recommend them to anyone who wants to stroll peacefully through Liberdade without worrying about luggage/backpacks.

Our attendant Guilherme was fantastic! Besides being a super reliable hostel, he was very friendly and helped us have the best possible experience. Checking in our luggage was super quick and efficient, completely exceeding our expectations. I recommend this establishment and this app, as it was undoubtedly the best choice we made to explore São Paulo with peace of mind. We thank Guilherme once again and hope to return later :)

Amazing, the staff were very polite and friendly, they locked the locker in front of you with the padlock. Pickup was prompt, everything was in order as left at the beginning. I recommend them.

Good location, very close to the Liberdade street market, however the hostel is on the upper floor and the stairs are quite steep, so if you have large and heavy suitcases it's quite difficult. Apart from that, I recommend it.

Excellent location! I was greeted by Guilherme, who is extremely kind and polite! My luggage was kept safe, and I was able to walk around Liberdade without any worries!

The luggage is placed in a locker, and the locker is sealed, ensuring it won't be opened until your return! Attentive staff!
