The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us book a minivan taxi for 6 persons with 6 luggage at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, friendly staff. When we picked up our luggage from the hotel, they called a taxi to take us to the airport. There was poor cell phone reception inside the hotel; it's best to scan for a QR code before entering.

I only didn't give it a 5 because we have to carry our luggage up 25 steps! It's not accessible at all!!!!

Everything went well, but it's worth noting that there are 25 steps to climb with the luggage! It's not accessible!!!!

It's easy to find, but you have to climb some stairs to reach reception, and in our case, our bags were left in plain sight. They weren't taken to a separate room or locked.
