It's the perfect spot to keep your luggage in Rome, with up to €10,000 bag protection. After booking, simply present your reservation confirmation at the establishment, and hand your bags over to the Bounce Partner - it's really that straightforward!

  • The staff was so friendly and helpful! Also, the cafe and treats were delicious and very reasonably priced if you want to grab a bite while there! The downside is that the luggage must be carried downstairs and back up when you pick up but the staff did assist. And clean bathrooms downstairs to use, too!

  • This was the first time I used this particular service and it was fantastic. It was easy to book. The location was conveniently located right next door to the Airbnb we rented in central Rome. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the luggage storage was in a secure, locked area in the basement, and the price was very reasonable. In summary, I am very happy with my experience and can recommend the service.

  • Excellent service. We had to leave our bags until our flight later in the day and it was perfect. Bit hard to find but just go into the gelato shop, download the app and follow the instructions. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful and the bags are stored in the basement and it’s very secure. Even a bathroom available to use. And we ended up having some great gelato as our last one in Rome. Can’t recommend enough.

  • Elegant, fast, and pleasant. Toilets are available downstairs. Luggage costs ~7 euros after all fees. Just remember that the left-luggage office is located at the Pompi Trevi restaurant.
