At first I was hesitant because I couldn't see where my suitcases were left, but the people who helped me were very kind, especially the girl who helped me carry them up when I went to pick them up a week after I'd dropped them off. Everything went well. I'm very grateful.

Elegant, fast, and pleasant. Toilets are available downstairs. Luggage costs ~7 euros after all fees. Just remember that the left-luggage office is located at the Pompi Trevi restaurant.

Perfect! Our suitcases were stored in a locked room in the basement, truly secure. I recommend Bounce chez Pompi, both for the welcome and the storage conditions.

It's a great place. Not only did we leave our luggage there, they helped us carry it up and down, so we could see where it was stored and that it was securely locked. We also ate a delicious tiramisu. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Storage service was fine at this place, got my bags back safe which is the main thing. Owner of Pompi was helpful and friendly. I didn’t mind brining my bags down myself to see where they were stored and I even returned later to add another bag. They are not ‘locked up’ but seems as though no one except staff are allowed downstairs where the bags are stored. Bounce was easy to use and setup also. Would recommend

Everything was perfect, very easy and fast. Although you have to go down and up a complicated staircase, the staff will offer to carry the suitcases. Highly recommended, I would like there to be an hourly charging service for those of us who need less than a day.

It worked great and was completely hassle-free, so we were able to explore Rome for a few hours without any luggage.

Luggage storage place was easy to find. It’s inside a coffee shop. It was easy to check in and out and for a very reasonable price. Try the hot chocolate while you’re there-it’s lush.
