Great for what we needed!

Overall positive. The charge should be differentiated per hour. We had to pay the same amount as if we had left the luggages for a full day. instead the luggages were left for 4 hours only. The location was convenient for us.

Super friendly and easy team to work with when I dropped off and picked up my bags. I just wish they stored bags in a more secure area than off to the side in the main store area. Even just behind the sales counter would feel more secure.

Everything was very good and the service was very easy to understand and use. The person who took care of us was super friendly. I don't give 5 stars because I would have liked to have proof of identification of the suitcase to guarantee that no one takes my luggage before I pick it up :-)
