Luggage storage Near Barberini

Drop off and pickup were very easy. We did not see that the store closed during lunch and almost completely ruined our travel plans but one of the staff came back from their lunch break early so that we could collect our bags. So helpful, thank you!

I was a little hesitant at first, not knowing the app, but in the end everything went very smoothly. We dropped off our luggage; the location clearly indicated "bounce" for drop-off. And we were able to enjoy our last day of travel without any luggage.

Very attentive and quick.

Really quick service. It’s a post office that keeps your bags on the back so only open certain hours. No issues finding it a few minutes walk from the metro.

Easy, convenient and friendly.

The location of the locker is close to the Barberini metro station and very close to the Capuchin Crypt, which we visited. Also, for those who want to visit the Borghese Park, the Borghese Galleries or the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, as we did, it is a conveniently positioned locker. The Bounce representative was very kind and the luggage drop-off and pick-up was very fast, based on a QR code received in the app.

Simple and practical

Booking via the app was quite easy. Close to the Barberini metro station. Friendly staff. One star deducted because it wasn't clear in the app which category each bag belonged to, and because it was very difficult to communicate in English.

Easy to hire and efficient service

The only downside is that Bounce confirmed the luggage delivery from 9:00am and the store opened at 9:30am. This complicate our initial itinenary. I think the communication between the storage place and Bounce is not accurate.
