Very close to the airport, friendly guy that was there waiting for us as arranged, would happily use again. We left two bike boxes.

We participated in the Tuscany Trail 2026. Upon arriving at the airport, we unpacked our bicycles and left the boxes at a storage area just a few minutes' walk from the terminal. Unfortunately, our bike boxes were damaged during transit, but the host was very helpful in finding us new bike boxes during our trip, which eased our worries. The location is both convenient and secure. Although there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively, thanks to the host's prompt responses. He didn’t charge us for the bike boxes and tape he provided, and he was accommodating with our time changes when our train was delayed on the collection day. Overall, we are extremely grateful for his exceptional service.

Perfect host who replies quickly

Really convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the airport. The lady wasn’t there at first, but there was a phone number on the door, so we called and she arrived within a few minutes. We left our luggage there for a few hours, and they gave us a key so we could pick up our luggage later.

Fast and very friendly service. No problems, very close to the airport - 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended.
