The baggage handover was simple and straightforward. The luggage is stored in a locked room and released upon return of a ticket. The café is easily accessible.

Great location and friendly staff. Because it's in a cafe, it is a nice place to pick up luggage and sit down for a coffee or drink. It is close to the Gare du Nord train station if you want to walk, use the metro stop that is just around the corner, or grab a taxi. The app was also very useable and helpful when I had to extend my trip - I was able to leave my luggage much longer than originally planned with no issues.

Cafe/Bar/Shop/Luggage Store. Booking and payment was easy. Wasn't sure we were in the right place to start with, as they didn't appear to have any 'Bounce' signs. Queue at the counter and the ladies were super helpful (inbetween serving cafe customers). Collection later that day was also super easy. We also have a sandwich whilst here.

So easy and safe! And the store owner helped us with directions to the next stop on our tour. We felt great about leaving our belongings for the day

Ideal location for anyone wanting to visit Montmartre, the Sacré-Cœur Basilica… We received a very warm welcome from the owners and ended up staying for lunch at the café! No problem dropping off or picking up our luggage, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

This is the first time we used this app, it's a little scary, but who doesn't take risks, doesn't drink champagne 😉 We are satisfied with the establishment, they scanned quickly, took the number and gave it to us, when we had to wait a little for advice, because there were people in front of us, but everything is in place and that's good h+

Excellent, highly recommended. November 28th, everything was great, plus they treat you well. I had no problems with my luggage. I recommend going directly to the place instead of booking online; I think it might be cheaper.

Friendly staff. Easy procedure. Friend recommended so we tried it. Walked in, scanned a QR code and paid. Then they just took it. I thought.. it seemed odd that they took it, no receipt or anything but when we returned. They recognized us and immediately grabbed the luggage. Scanned the QR code you were emailed as a receipt.. and you were on your way
