went really smoothly, staff were friendly, and i was allowed to fill up my water bottle for free at the bar. the lockers are spacious and they're not strict on how many bags you put in them. you can come back and reopen the locker multiple times at no extra cost within the timeframe (24 hours if i remember correctly).

Very reliable. You walk into St. Christopher’s (the staff was very helpful) and it is on the lower level. You have your own lockers with a secret passcode you choose.

The bounce aspect was not that great. But the staff at St. Chris/Belushis was amazing and helped us get around the short comings of the Bounce process. The first location that I booked sent us to an electronics shop. Then when I tried to contact someone at Bounce, the automated operator just bounced me around to different automated deadends. I canceled my reservation, walked to the next place, used my credits at the next station. That was actually fairly simple. But annoying that the first place wasnt operating and then no one to talk to from customer support. But St. Chris/Belushis staff was awesome, it’s a great location and the lockers were clean and easy to use. I felt very safe leaving our stuff there. BUT, I don’t believe that if I leave a tip it will go to the people at that establishment.

Not easy for people with heavy luggage. Need to carry them one level down with no lift. Would be good to have lift or help to carry down luggage

Booked online. The store was located in a different building. However, the prices there were cheaper than online. Otherwise, the drop-off and pick-up process was smooth and quick.

All good, if it was indicated on the building that there is a bounce point it would be easier to locate the place
