Absolutely exceptional service! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We stored our luggage here during our last day in Paris, and after collecting everything, we accidentally left behind a Zara shopping bag. We only realised later, when the shop had already closed. I called them and, although at first they couldn’t find it, the gentleman was incredibly kind and actually called me back to tell me they had found our bag. My friend was already waiting outside, and despite the shop being closed, they made sure he got it back. Their honesty, kindness and willingness to help really impressed us. Everything was handled perfectly, and they went above and beyond when they absolutely didn’t have to. If you’re looking for a safe and trustworthy place to store your luggage in Paris, this is the place. Wonderful people, excellent service and 100% reliable. We were two adults and two children (5 and 6 years old). The accommodation is small but well-equipped. Everything was very clean and the location is unbeatable. Highly recommended and very comfortable.

Everything was fine, but they charged me more for both backpacks. I suppose it's because of the app, but I thought I'd mention it in case it helps future travelers.
