  • Absolutely perfect! We needed to put our suicase somewhere close to eiffel tower, guy in subway was very nice to us. When we picked up, it was immediately provided. If I need to store my baggage somewhere in Paris in future I will go there again. As a bonus you can take a snack there,its SUBWAY.

  • Easy and straightforward, you just have to wait a little while for your luggage as they're usually busy. The restrooms are available; I saw people arriving and asking to use them, and the cashier gave them a euro to use the restroom. I didn't understand why.

  • I used this service for the second time on the last day of my trip to Paris because I had such a great experience the last time. When dropping off luggage, all you have to do is show the staff a QR code, and when picking up your luggage, just show the QR code again and wait for it to be retrieved from the elevator where it was stored. There's a short wait when retrieving your luggage, so it's fine if you allow yourself some extra time. It's located right in front of Bir-Hakeim station, making it very convenient and highly recommended.
