Extremely convenient and super friendly staff

This luggage storage point is located inside a fruit shop; the address is easy to find, and storing luggage is very convenient—just show the storage code. The staff helped us label each of our four pieces of luggage with a numbered tag, and I took a picture of each one. When we picked them up in the afternoon, we showed them the retrieval code and a photo of each numbered item, and quickly retrieved our four pieces of luggage. This was my first time using this kind of luggage storage service, and it was unexpectedly convenient and easy to use; a very good experience.

Had to catch a bus from Port Mallot in the late evening so needed a place to drop off luggage. This store was easy to find . Check in and check out was easily.

Used their service in Paris as we had an evening flight. The process was quite straightforward - you show the QR code, you drop the bags, the attach a number to each bag, you take a picture of the bags and you leave. Upon collection you have to show the picture on your phone.

We left our luggage for the first time using this service and the staff were very friendly and the drop-off was easy.

It's in a greengrocer's, though. It's safe. The only downside is that they close early. Otherwise, it's excellent.

Safe and convenient location to store luggage off of metro line 1. Booking was easy, staff was friendly, and pick up/drop off process was seamless.

No issues. Was even able to drop off a little bit early. Just be aware that your bags will be behind the register instead of in a locked room.

Looks like a small place but they were able to store all 7 luggages and backpacks we had until our time to the airport. Very helpful and pleasant!

The truth is that they treated us excellently, very cordial and willing. We chose them after another provider rejected our suitcases because they were too big and they couldn't receive them. We are very grateful for the attention!!
