Safe and convenient location to store luggage off of metro line 1. Booking was easy, staff was friendly, and pick up/drop off process was seamless.

No issues. Was even able to drop off a little bit early. Just be aware that your bags will be behind the register instead of in a locked room.

Looks like a small place but they were able to store all 7 luggages and backpacks we had until our time to the airport. Very helpful and pleasant!

The truth is that they treated us excellently, very cordial and willing. We chose them after another provider rejected our suitcases because they were too big and they couldn't receive them. We are very grateful for the attention!!

We were traveling from Paris to Amsterdam by Eurostar and we had already shopped so much ! So we kept a few suitcases here - and it was smooth - service with a smile both times - during the drop and during pickup! PS: we did a lot of shopping 😀

Easy to find, very fast and professional

It works! I was quite unsure, but I left my 4 bags and everything went well: I booked and paid through the Bounce app (there is a QR code with instructions on the door of the establishment), showed the reservation to the establishment, took pictures of the bags and picked them up at the scheduled time without any problems. As in other comments, the only receipt is the reservation through the app and the store employee only delivers the bags if we show a picture of the bags, guaranteeing that they are ours. I was a little bothered by the bags being in the middle of the store and not in a reserved area which would be safer, but I say again: everything went well.
