A friend and I stored our belongings here for our departure day, as our flight back to Germany was late in the evening. The storage facility was close to our accommodation and therefore ideally located. Booking online was easy. When we arrived at the storage unit, we were greeted by friendly staff who took our luggage and gave us some information. Everything went just as smoothly when we picked it up again in the late afternoon. Unfortunately, I made a small mistake and left behind a folder containing some very important photos. I contacted customer service, who connected me with the owner of the storage facility. He was incredibly helpful, and one of his employees took the folder to the post office so it could be sent to me. I'm more than happy about this and would like to thank him again most sincerely. 😊
