Super professional and helpful. I had to do a temporary storage of 3 bags and decided to add a 4th one an hour after : it was done very smoothly. My only recommendation would be to display clearly the opening hours, in particular for bank holidays if the start is slightly shifted, or to register a voice mail.

Staff were helpful and I felt my luggage was secure. I did have a difficult time locating the drop off. There wasn’t a sign that indicated luggage storage, only a small sticker (orange suitcase) on the door.
