Super professional and helpful. I had to do a temporary storage of 3 bags and decided to add a 4th one an hour after : it was done very smoothly. My only recommendation would be to display clearly the opening hours, in particular for bank holidays if the start is slightly shifted, or to register a voice mail.

Check in and check out was prompt and efficient. They put out bags in the back. It was reasonably secure. The copy store manager was nice and provided a written recipt for our bags.
