Easy and convenient !

Perfect.. the only incident is that they gave me 3 different bags when I arrived however it was a mistake and they gave me the right ones after that. It was easy and fast.

The location is 10 mins from the airport and the store staff were very helpful cordial and professional. They take pictures of the luggage and upload to the bounce app. Also tags were given. Place felt safe and secure. Special mention to staff Jagdish who was very helpful.

First timer user of bounce and was hesitant to leave valuable luggage. Other places around JFK had bad reviews but this place had the best reviews so I chose it. Check in was just telling the person behind the counter at the convenience store, who scanned it and added a tag, very professional. He then wheeled it off somewhere to a back room. When I came back almost two weeks later it was an easy pick up. They were very efficient, and everything was there. Would highly recommend this place!

I had a 10 hour layover in New York and wanted to find a place to drop off my luggage prior to heading back to the airport. I had a very good experience with this bounce location. It was super easy to drop off luggage and to pick it up. Bags were stored in a secure (locked) area. And bags were tagged so that there was a seamless pick up experience. Would recommend using this bounce location if I was here for a layover again.

Staff where great we where scottish guys travelling needed to store case they made it simple for us at dtore we lost our tickey but on proof of email and qr code guy was happy to help was hesitant of service havent nvr used it but it worked well and only 15 mins from jfk was ideal

Amazing staff! Super easy pick up and drop off with an extremely convenient location getting to and from JFK. They even did me a huge solid and held something for me that needed to be kept cold in the fridge :) Also they have the cutest cat in the store so that’s a plus lol

pick up and drop off was easy, not even 10 min wait. It was all over probably 2 mins. My bag was secured with a lock left it for almost 10 days with good price close to the JFK airport.

The service was great. Within 5 minutes I was able to drop off and pick up my luggage.
